8/4 cotton is available in ½ lb cones with 840 yds/cone (1,680 yds/lb).

8/4 cotton, a workhorse of a yarn that can be used for everything from blankies, to placemats and bags. The colours we carry give you an almost unlimited inspiration to create your own cloth!

• plain weave: 10-12 epi for a nice drapey cloth
• twill: ranging from 12 epi for super drapey cloth (good for multiple washing and trips through the dryer) to a sett of 15-16 epi for firm placemats.
