We Offer Free Shipping over CAD$300

Standard shipping cost of C$20.00 applies to all orders under C$300.00 shipping within Canada or to the USA (see exceptions below).

Offer is for orders shipping to Canada and USA only.  Also, if you are using a coupon code, the discount will be taken first, so make sure that your total still reads CAD$300 after coupon has been entered.

Duties / Taxes / Tariffs for US customers

Orders shipping from Canada to the United States may be subject to import tariffs. Please refer to the detailed list below to see which products are currently subject to tariffs.

If tariffs apply to items in your cart, they will be clearly shown as a separate line item before you complete your purchase — there will be no surprise charges upon delivery. 

Please note that these charges are set by U.S. Customs based on the product type, country of origin, and declared value — not by us. Any applicable tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and will be clearly shown at checkout as part of your order summary.

*please note that for orders containing all tariff exempt items UPS still charges a brokerage fee of approximately $2.50 USD (subject to currency conversion rate) to broker your order at the border.

*for orders that contain at least 1 item with a tariff associated with it, UPS charges a flat brokerage fee that will be charged in addition to the tariff to process your order across the border. 

Unfortunately we cannot combine orders shipping outside Canada due to customs paperwork.

Shipping Outside North America

For customers outside North America, shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any duties, import taxes, or customs fees required by your country will also be calculated and shown at checkout. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not set by us.

Rural Shipping & PO Boxes

For Canadian customers who have rural addresses and do not get courier service to their homes we offer the option to have your parcel shipped by Canada Post. Simply put your physical address in the checkout screen and in the “notes” section of the check out screen enter your PO box address and request shipping via Canada Post.

Shipping via Canada Post is only available within Canada.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns of unused / unopened items. You can just pop the item(s) in the mail (at your expense) and when we receive them back we will issue you a refund for the item(s).

If you are located in the USA and returning merchandise you MUST indicate that this is a “returned good” on the customs declaration otherwise we will be charged duties and taxes on the returned item COD. If “returned good” is not indicated and we are charged COD we will deduct that amount from your refund.

Please note that return orders valued at $500 CAD or more are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
