10% Discount on Orders Over CAD$500
We’re pleased to offer an additional 10% discount on orders over C$500 (CAD). Some exceptions apply, including large equipment items such as looms, benches, reeds, warping mills, warping boards, and bobbin winders. Items excluded from this discount also do not count toward the CAD$500 total.
Our system automatically calculates the discount at checkout. If you have any questions about this policy, please email us. This discount cannot be combined with other offers or coupons and does not apply to combined orders.
Coupon Codes
We’re thrilled you found a coupon code! Please note: free shipping applies only after your coupon discount has been applied. Your cart must reach the CAD$250 threshold after the coupon is applied. Keep an eye on your total to ensure you meet the minimum for free shipping.
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates
Gift-giving should be simple and joyful! Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are treated the same. Please keep track of your gift card number — you’ll need it when applying the credit to your purchase. Enjoy sharing a special treat with someone you love (or with yourself!).
Cancellations and Refunds
We’re happy to cancel or refund orders as long as they haven’t shipped. For cancelled orders of C$1,000 or more, a 6% processing fee will be applied.
Selling Items Made From Our Kits and Patterns
You are welcome to sell finished handwoven items made from our kits or patterns! When selling or sharing images of your work, we kindly ask that you credit Jane Stafford Textiles (JST). Please visit our Pattern Usage Policy for full details.
