Description
We have a new episode ready for you and it is jam-packed with inspiration to last a lifetime. You know how much I love a colour gamp, weave sequences, and you know how much I love huck - so now they are hanging out together making magic. I pulled out all the stops when it came to playing with ideas and the results from all these gamps are truly mind-boggling, IMHO.
Things we will learn:
- Everything we learned in Season 2 Colour & Weave can be overlaid on top of most weave structures but in this case, Huck
- We can warp with 3 end and 5 end units in one piece...even 7 if we want
- We can use all 3 tie-ups to get different effects, weft spots, warp spots and lace
- We can use all the treadling combinations we used in the previous episode 3
- We can treadle using 3 end and 5 end units in one piece
- That we can treadle uneven D/L sequences on even threading sequences and make magic
- That the learning just never ends
