I tried all kinds of things - bringing design ideas forward, always doing the overlay thing. I created solid weft lines by not treadling a tabby between pattern picks which made that area weft-faced because the weft just packed down. I inlaid a square and surrounded it with plain weave. Repetitive sequences abound.
