This problem has been asked several times and I have never seen an answer. When sleying I put one supplemental thread in the same dent as 2 of the ground warp threads, just as the directions say. However, when weaving, one of the 2 ground warp threads does not get woven into the fabric and it is looks like its own a supplemental thread.
Help!

I’m getting ready to warp this gamp. Looking at your directions on the color sequence, what does it mean to have: 20 forest, then 20 forest/navy, 20 navy, then 20 navy/purple, etc.. do you choose between 2, warp them together, do 10 of 1 color then 10 of the second listed color??
Thanks for your help,
Neva
I am so excited to get into the color mixing of this session and especially the clasp weft method using 2/16 cotton. Since I am just beginning to build a stash, I don’t have a great deal of my own supply. What colors of 2/16 (that you sell) would you suggest if I am using the peacock color sequence. I do like purples and greens,
Thanks,
Neva
Thanks; I’m looking forward to it!
I am starting on the sample journey with much enthusiasm. My only question is my loom is a 26″ Baby Wolf. Is my loom wide enough to do all these samples and the variations?
I am a intermediate beginner spinner; this video was so helpful. I learned the practical difference between woolen and worsted yarns and how to make boucle yarn. Thanks!

These video illustrations have really helped me improve my technique. Thanks!
First of all…thank you. The quality of these lessons is something that I have never seen through online learning or experienced through in person lessons! I am on my journey to become a “master weaver”. Though there are many experienced weavers in our community/local guild, none have chosen that path. So when I try to navigate through the HGA booklet, I am not always sure what the exact requirements mean in the written text. Your videos, especially the one on sett, is exactly what I need. As I get further along, I may have more specific questions.
