I wound my warp as instructed I put the lease sticks through the loop and put the threads onto the raddle. But my warp is hanging over the back of the loom should I have thrown the chain over the front then put the loops in the stick on the back beam. I cannot see how I got it wrong. Ah think I have to face it the other way. I’ll try by putting the lease sticks into the cross take it off the raddle and turn it. Oh dear me silly, I have never used the raddle on my countermarche loom it allways seemed too high for me so Ive lashed it onto the castle lower in line with the heddles .Have usually cut the yarn and threaded from the front stuggling with a uneven tension on the front.  So here goes only gotta get better.

what an amazing video I have never been shown how to use the ruler for each yarn like this shown always been told wrap and half now I can have fun dying all my white yarn and wrap it round knowing that if i leave a space for my weft thread i can weave anything and use up all my yarn. I’m so pleases this course was recommeded Ive learnt so much already.

Have just registered for the classes and what an eye opener to warping so I cant wait to get on and practice all the new tips Jane has shown. Will have to get around the finger action with two threads and how to keep my cops from tipping over . Just little things I would never have thought of and never been shown ie rubber bands. Fantastic that I can go back each time to look at the videos again

Hello, Have just joined your class already have some new ideas you have shown in warping. It has been sometime since i did any serious weaving seemed to have lost my mojo until a youtuber I watch suggested your online classes. Not sure about multi colour warping have had a look at it again and found it interesting about making sure when you warp two or more threads together then you place them in the raddle in a different way like you would when you dent them never been taught about that before so will have to look again at your articles to get my head around it. ie always keep the thread families together.
