I love this episode! I also love the scarf/shawl that is hanging behind Jane in the reds/oranges/brown stripes. Will we learn how to do that in a future episode? I am curious as to what the warp is. I would think this is also a denting project but what is used for the warp. I so want to make that!
Wow! I don’t know how I missed that when I put mine together. That makes it look so simple. Thank you so much for the info!
Hi Patricia, I have a David loom as well. I love mine! I was wondering what the “knitting needle trick” was that you mentioned. It sounded like it might have something to do with adding heddles and that is a nightmare for me. I would love to find a trick that helps with that. 🙂 Thanks and enjoy your David.

I was almost in tears as you said good bye. I will miss these fun and informative guild meetings immensely! I look forward to next year! Thank you so much Jane to you and all of your crew. This is a wonderful opportunity for us all. Thank you!!!
I love the red! (These may be my favorite towels that I have ever woven.) Yours are beautiful with the red. Good choice!
Deborah, You must not have gotten the “revised” draft. I am trying to download a picture of the revised draf but my phone is not cooperating. Your 7 repeats should end with the light color on shaft 8. The last repeat should be the last 8 threads in black. Just stop your repeats at the last light color on shaft 8 and then start back at the beginning. Hope that makes sense.
Ditto on all of the above! I have had lots of looms and David is my favorite!! LOVE IT!
I just finished my first one in the kit. I think I am hooked! I loved doing it and they really are fun to make! Thanks, Jane and Joan!
My first basket. It was so much fun to do and it was so easy to follow along with the guild video. I loved it.
Ed, this looks like a “Snakeskin Scarf” I made several years ago. It was in Handwoven May/June 2015. Sorry the picture is not better.
Wow! That is awesome. Congrats!
Beautiful!
