what sett do you recommend for the 8/2 cotton (warp?) and 20/2 silk?  Do you consider the cloth to be drapey?

    thanks

Hi, Bobbie.  When I have I problem with my cloth beam caused by my ties, I’ll use a paper roll (from wrapping paper, paper towels, etc.) to cover the cloth on the beam.  Make sure you cover the whole width of your cloth so you don’t create new problems 😉  Hope this works for you.

    Hi!

I love weaving with 8/2 cotton and 20/2 silk.  When I begin my tension is great.   However as the fabric winds around the fabric beam and the fabric begins to build up, I get tighter tension in the spots where the cords from the apron rod are.  Is there any way to correct this?

    Thanks for any help!!

    Bobbie
