Hi Kids,
I am just beginning my trek home from India. When I get back into the swing of things next week I’ll see if we can get some custom coding done for the forum so it works better. As our membership grows we will have the income to make it the best it can be. Spread the word and thanks so much for sharing your thoughts and ideas.

Guess who is on her way home! Spotted at Vancouver International Airport about an hour ago looking dapper after a long flight from Delhi. Only two ferries and a car ride to her Salt Spring Island, and collapse time. Look at her fabulous new “threads” ☺️

Love your outfit! Very dashing! I am loving the videos as well. I am glad you let yourself show in the second video. It was more like you were right here in my living room. Thank you

She looks mah-valous for that long trek home. I’d guess a couple of days at least before she can see straight.
Welcome back, Jane. Glad the storms along the coast didn’t prevent getting home.

Loving the lessons! On ravelry I said if I had to pick a single theme it would be: keep your threads under tension as much as possible during all steps of warping.
question: I’m buying a used countermarche loom (Oxaback Lilla) and am new to anything other than jack looms. Will you be talking about tie-up and if so, will it include info on countermarche tie-up?

Hi Martha,
I will be talking about different types of looms in Episode 8 in Sept. and I’ll go over tying up a Louet parallel counter-marche loom. If you can’t wait I have information about tying up counter-marche looms on my helpline.
Cheers,
Jane

Welcome home Jane. Looking forward to hearing about your trip. And much appreciting all the advice in episode 2
So glad to hear that we will be looking at tying-up. It’s sometimes difficult to understand. Only just getting my head around the difference between counterbalance and countermarch. I’ve always relied too much on a universal tie-up. I’ll have a look on your helpline as I don’t want to wish away the summer!
