I have a new to me 4H tabletop loom, have used a few times. .   There is a 4H/4T used floor loom so close to me.   I really would like a floor loom for when the new episodes/class starts.   Should I wait till I come across a 6T loom?

The Colour and Design Course is all in Plain Weave, so you would certainly have enough shafts and  treadles to weave the course samples and grow from there!  There is a world of weaving you could do on that loom when you think about the looms used throughout the world.  One question I would ask is, how wide is the loom?  If you might want to do tea towels, for example, afterwards with what you are learning – you might want around a 24” weaving width.

Happily it is 36 inches wide, that is the great part !    Been sitting awhile, been wrapped and not used for a very long time. Thank you.  Think it’s a go.
