To place an order, please phone us or fill in our printable order form and then mail or fax to 250.537.9468!

Shipping

We endeavour to ship your order as soon and as economically as possible, generally by the next business day.

All of our packages vary in size and weight. Rates are calculated after the order is filled and will be noted on your receipt.

We ship with Canada Post using either surface, Expedited, Priority or Xpresspost.

When shipping to the USA, we generally ship surface mail as it is the least expensive. If you have a specific request, please let us know.

Returns & Refunds

We will process a return depending on the nature of the return. If we sent an item in error, we will absorb the cost of the shipping for the return and the replacement. If you change your mind about a purchase, shipping both ways will be the responsibility of the customer and added to the adjusted order.

If goods are damaged in the mail, insurance purchased through CanadaPost will be used to refund your loss.

At Jane Stafford Textiles, your privacy is very important to us. We collect only the information necessary to complete and ship your order to you, which includes your name, address, telephone number and payment information. If you want to be on our mailing list, we confirm with you before adding your email to our mailing list.
